All our products are handcrafted in our workshop located in Penang, Malaysia.
Leather is a living and natural material. A well-treated leather can become even more beautiful and unique over time.
To extend your product's life, we advise you to avoid exposure to extreme temperature, abrasive surface, moisture, oil based condition.
Avoid rubbing your casing against rough or sharp surfaces to minimize scratching. Avoid bringing your products into contact with dark articles of clothing that may impart colour.
When needed, we recommend to wipe the product with a dry lint-free cloth.
All our products are handcrafted with the finest, highest grade genuine leathers which may contain natural variations in the pattern and texture.
The style of each leather is presented in the individual products photos, however no two items are exactly the same making each piece completely unique.
We advise to be aware that minor difference in the pattern and texture are expected and are not considered imperfections, rather are celebrated as unique characteristics of the materials used.
Yes! We have a personalization section on our product page.
All personalized items are hand-stamped using brass-cut die and hot stamping foil. No two stamped items will look the same due to natural variations in this process.
Stamping foil on a naturally textured skin may allow for minor imperfections in the stamping.
However, stamping does fade over wear and tear if not carefully used.
For the initials option with personalization, we only provide capital English letters in Lorenza font from A to Z & numbers from 0 to 9. The letters measure 0.5cm in height. We currently do not offer any other fonts, emoji, symbols or punctuation marks.
No it's not mandatory. But it is highly recommended. Indeed, it will allow you to find your history, edit your addresses and track your parcel online faster. You will also be notified of new products and special events.
Absolutely not. We never have access to this information. It is the company iPay88 that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.

Refunds & Returns
Our policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
